Technical Features
低溫,大風(fēng)量,干燥稻谷時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生谷粒“爆腰”碎米現(xiàn)象。
1. The low temperature, large air volume, when drying rice will not generate grain “cracked” broken rice phenomenon.
干燥過(guò)程中,谷物不斷循環(huán)流動(dòng),谷粒之間相互摩擦,去除芒,茸毛,并由排塵機(jī)排出,提高了谷物的清潔度,便于后續(xù)碾米作業(yè)。
2. During drying process, the grain unceasingly circulation flow, the friction between grains, remove awn, fuzz, and discharged by dust exhausting machine, improve the cleanliness of grain, for convenient of subsequent rice milling operations.
有足夠的“緩蘇”時(shí)間,谷粒之間充分接觸,交叉混流,提高了谷物干燥的均勻性。

“橫向八槽式”干燥部,谷層薄,通風(fēng)面積大,干燥效果好,干燥部采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu),網(wǎng)板磨損后只要局部更換,修復(fù),節(jié)省了維修費(fèi)用。

自動(dòng)水分儀隨機(jī)檢測(cè)被干燥谷物水分,設(shè)定干燥溫度,作業(yè)時(shí)間和終止水分,自動(dòng)控制工作過(guò)程,達(dá)到終止水分時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
