低溫，大風(fēng)量，干燥稻谷時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生谷粒“爆腰”碎米現(xiàn)象。

1. The low temperature, large air volume, when drying rice will not generate grain “cracked” broken rice phenomenon.

干燥過(guò)程中，谷物不斷循環(huán)流動(dòng)，谷粒之間相互摩擦，去除芒，茸毛，并由排塵機(jī)排出，提高了谷物的清潔度，便于后續(xù)碾米作業(yè)。

2. During drying process, the grain unceasingly circulation flow, the friction between grains, remove awn, fuzz, and discharged by dust exhausting machine, improve the cleanliness of grain, for convenient of subsequent rice milling operations.

有足夠的“緩蘇”時(shí)間，谷粒之間充分接觸，交叉混流，提高了谷物干燥的均勻性。

3. With enough “tempering” time, fully contact between grains, cross mixed flow, improve the uniformity of grain drying.

 “橫向八槽式”干燥部，谷層薄，通風(fēng)面積大，干燥效果好，干燥部采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，網(wǎng)板磨損后只要局部更換，修復(fù)，節(jié)省了維修費(fèi)用。

4. “Horizontal eight-groove type dryer section”, thin layer of grain, ventilation are is large, drying effect is good, dry section adopts modular structure, local replacement, repair after wearing of halftone, save the maintenance cost.

能源多樣化，可以根據(jù)用戶的需要配用柴油燃燒機(jī)，石油液化氣燃燒機(jī)，燃煤熱風(fēng)爐，稻殼熱風(fēng)爐和蒸汽鍋爐加換熱器。

5. Energy diversification, can use diesel combustion machine, liquefied petroleum gas combustion machine, coal hot air furnace, rice husk hot air furnace and steam boiler and heat exchanger according to needs of customers.

自動(dòng)水分儀隨機(jī)檢測(cè)被干燥谷物水分，設(shè)定干燥溫度，作業(yè)時(shí)間和終止水分，自動(dòng)控制工作過(guò)程，達(dá)到終止水分時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

6. Automatic water meter tests dry grain moisture randomly, set the drying temperature, operation time and termination moisture, automatic control working process, automatic stop when reach termination moisture.
